Notice of Public Meeting for the Proposed Superintendent Contract extension and revision
You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held before the Board of School Trustees (the “Board”) of the West Central School Corporation (the “School Corporation”) on November 7, 2024 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. (Local Time) at the West Central School Corporation Board Room, to discuss and hear objections to and support for a proposed extension and revision to the Superintendent Contract Addendum.
The details of the proposed extension and revision are as follows:
1. The term would be extended through June 30, 2027.
2. Beginning with the 2024-2025 contract year (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025), the annual salary would be $110,000.
3. Additional wages would be paid in lieu of health and vision insurance contributions.
4. The term life insurance policy would be in the amount of $150,000.
5. The annual 403(b) contribution would be in the amount of 6% of the Superintendent’s annual salary.
6. All other provisions of the current Contract Addendum shall remain unchanged.
