NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66D01-2402-MF-000008 wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs at Law of Leroy Stout Jr., Deceased, State of Indiana through its Department of Revenue, Beth Baker, Pulaski County EMS, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, National Indemnity Company AST Michael E. Begley, Jr and The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder, on the 19th day of November, 2024, at the hour of 1:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana. 

Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 29 North, Range 1 West, Pulaski County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing 1265 feet North and 2351.55 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 28 and being the point of beginning; thence North 200 feet; thence West 217.8 feet; thence South 100 feet; thence West to the East line of the lane there existing; thence South along the East line of said lane 100 feet, more or less; thence East 435.6 feet and to the point of beginning, said in previous deeds to contain 1.5 acres, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
