Linda Rowe and Earnest Rowe Senior have filed a Verified Motions for Temporary Emergency Guardianship in the Pulaski Circuit Court in Cause No. 09C01-2403-GU-000004 and 66C01-0904-JP-000009 and motions for Third Party Custody of J.R.K.R. and W.L.D. Cause Nos. 09C01-2403-GU-000004 and 66C01-0904-JP-000009. Andrew A. Achey, 206 Fourth Street, Logansport, Indiana 46947, is the Attorney seeking service. Linda Rowe and Earnest Rowe are seeking guardianship and/or third-party custody of both J.R.K.R. and W.L.D. You must respond within thirty (30) days after the last notice of these actions is published, and in case you fail to do so, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint, which may result in a loss of custody.
