NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF LEASE

Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees (the “Board”) of West Central School Corporation (the “School Corporation”), a Lease Agreement (the “Lease”) between the School Corporation and West Central School Building Corporation (the “Building Corporation”) was executed and entered into on June 6, 2024. The Lease covers the site of the proposed renovation of a portion of the West Central Middle/High School building in the School Corporation located at 1852 South US 421, Francesville, Indiana. A copy of the Lease is on file in the Administration Offices of the School Corporation, 1850 South US 421, Francesville, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
