By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause Number 66D01-2308-MF-000018, wherein The First National Bank of Monterey was Plaintiff, and Hoya Enterprise, LLC c/o Nathan Pearson, President, State of Indiana, Department of Revenue, and Unknown Tenants of 208 N Market St, Winamac, IN 46996 and Unknown Tenants of 210 N Market St, Winamac, IN 46996, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 16th day of July 2024 at the hour of 1:00 PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at http://zeusauction.com/, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana.
56 feet uniform in width off the entire West end of Lot 114 in the Original Plat to the Town of Winamac, Pulaski County, Indiana
AND
Lot Numbered 114 in the Original Plat to the Town of Winamac, Pulaski County, Indiana excepting therefrom the West 56 feet thereof.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
