You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a foreclosure of the real estate mortgage, legally described as: Property is located in the County of Pulaski, State of Indiana, and is described as follows: Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 31 North, Range 4 West, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a point 499 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence North 208 feet; thence East 208 feet; thence South 208 feet; thence West 208 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1 acre, more or less.
