NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Pulaski Superior Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 66D01-2212-MF-000031, wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, was Plaintiff, and Christine M. Register, Estate of James P. Register, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 21st day of May, 2024, at the hour of 1:00 PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Criminal Justice Center, 110 E. Meridian St., Winamac, IN 46996, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana.
The South Half of the following described real estate: A tract of land commencing at the Southeast corner of the North 54 Acres of the Northwest Quarter NW 1/4, Section 1, Township 31 North, Range 3 West of the 2nd P.M., Pulaski County, Indiana; thence South 447.25 Feet to an iron pipe set at the point of intersection of the East line of the aforesaid Northwest Quarter NW 1/4, with the center line of the County (Public) road running West; thence West along the center line aforesaid, 250 Feet; thence North, parallel with the above noted East line, to the South line of the North Fifty-four 54 Acres notes above, 447 Feet, more or less; thence East on said South line to the place of beginning, 250 Feet, more or less.
