Pulaski County Sheriff Deputy Barton promoted to sergeant

Pulaski County Sheriff Deputy Seth Barton was recently promoted to the rank of sergeant. Incoming Pulaski County Sheriff Chris Schramm presented Barton with a certificate of promotion on Tuesday, Dec. 20. Current sergeant Fred Rogers will be stepping into Schramm's present role as detective in the new year.
