Monterey history was made when the winners of the first Miss Tippy Teen pageant were announced. Miss Tippy Teen of 2016 was Grace Fleury (contestant #2), who was also named Miss Congeniality. First-runner-up was Olivia Gilley (contestant #3) and Emily Fisher was named second-runner-up (contestant #4). Contestant #1 was Carmen Cook and contestant #5 was Jane Wright.
