Pulaski County Fair Queen, a childhood dream

A dream came true for Jessica Wagner as she was crowned the 2016 Miss Pulaski County Fair Queen on July 3.
Wagner, 20, has been dreaming about being named the fair queen since she was 8 years old.
“This is my third time competing and it’s like ‘finally my dream,’” Wagner said.
Wagner was second runner-up in 2013 and first runner-up in 2014. As she has competed in those pageants, Wagner has taken experiences from each one.
Before when she competed, it seemed that things weren’t going as well as planned. This year, fate seemed to be smiling down on Wagner, who was not only practicing numerous hours for the pageant but also working two jobs.
