Kiwanis Kids Day celebration spreads happiness

After heavy rain and flooding deemed the Winamac Town Park unfit to host the annual Kiwanis Kids Day, the club was forced to find a new venue. The new location was set for Reinhart Park (aka Winamac Skatepark).
