Francesville discusses installing fuel tank

The Francesville Town Council is looking to save money after they received a letter regarding new late bill fees. 
During a regular meeting on Dec. 7, clerk-treasurer Linda Bennett said she received a letter from Family Express in regards to new fees. The new late fee that becomes effective at the beginning of the year is $75.
She said there has been discussion about installing a gas tank to avoid any late fees. She anticipates a small savings but the convenience of having their own fuel is the bonus. 
It was suggested that the diesel tank could be switched with gas and a small diesel tank could be installed.
