Eagle scout pillar project takes form at town park

Ground has broken on RJ Link's Eagle Scout project to add pillars to the entrance of the Winamac Town Park near Frain Mortuary. Significant progress on the foundational layers of brick could be seen on Wednesday, Dec. 15.
