Demolition commences on old Winamac grain elevator

Demolition officially started this past week on a former Winamac grain elevator located at 302 S. Logan Street. The town of Winamac received a Blight Clearance Program grant in the amount of $252,440 for the demolition, removal of debris and the conversion to a green space.
