Friends, family, coworkers and local politicians gathered to congratulate prosecuting attorney Daniel Murphy on his retirement that became effective on Aug. 3. Murphy and his wife Linda enjoyed talking with several people including sheriff Jeff Richwine and former commissioner Terry Young at the Winamac Fire Station on Aug. 1.
