NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE

Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of March, 2016, at 6:00pm a public hearing will be held before the Board of Zoning Appeals at the Pulaski County Courthouse, Commissioners’ Meeting Room, 112 E. Main St. Winamac, IN 46996, on the application of petitioner, Jack Cooper.

Docket #BZA 032816-01 is filed for a Variance as specified in the Pulaski County Unified Development Ordinance. The Variance proposed is for property located at 14764 W. 400 N. Medaryville, IN 47957.

The nature of the proposed Variance is as follows: Special Exception Use for a Cottage Home.

This application is available for review Monday-Friday 8am-4pm in the Building / Zoning Department located in the Government building, 125 S Riverside Dr Ste 150, Winamac, IN 46996. 

The Board of Zoning Appeals has set said hearing at the time and place specified. Written suggestions or objections concerning this application may be filed with the Administrative Staff at or before such hearing and will be heard by the Board at the time and place specified. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the application, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned and place.
