NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE

Notice is hearby give that on the 26th day of September, 2016, at 6:00 P.M. a public hearing will be held before the Board of Zoning Appeals at the Pulaski County Courthouse in Winamac, IN, Commissioners’ Room, 112 E. Main St. Winamac, IN 46996 on the application of Leamon Stanifer.

Docket# BZA 092616-02 is filed for a variance as specified in the PCUDO. The variance proposed is for property located at 6017 S. St. Rd. 119, Star City, IN 46985.

The nature of the proposed variance is as follows: Desire to build a summer cottage home on an existing foundation.

The application will be available for review Monday-Friday in the Building/Planning Department located in the Government Building, 125 S. Riverside Dr. Suite 150, Winamac, IN.

The Board of Zoning Appeals has set said hearing at the time and place specified. Written suggestions or objections concerning this application may be filed with the planning staff, at or before such hearing and will be heard by the Board at the time and place specified. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the application. Either in writhing or verbal. Will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary.
