Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of September, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. a public hearing will be held before the Board of Zoning Appeals at Pulaski County Court House in the Town of Winamac, Indiana Commissioners room, 112 E. Main St. Winamac, Indiana, 46996 on the application of Ceres Farms, LLC.

A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 29 North, Range 1 West, Pulaski County, Indiana bounded arid described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Comer of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8; thence running East 332 feet to a point; thence running South 335 feet to a point on the North side of U.S. Highway Number 35, running thence West 43 degrees 419 feet along said Highway to a point directly South of the Northwest Comer of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8; thence North 76 feet to the place of beginning. The nature of the proposed Variance is as follows: to construct a grain storage structure within the required A-1 setbacks.
The application and all submitted documentation are available for review Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Building/Planning Department located in the Government building, 125 S. Riverside Dr. Ste 150, Winamac, Indiana.
The Board of Zoning Appeals has set said hearing at the time and place specified. Written suggestions or objections concerning this application may be filed with the Plan Administrator/ or Secretary of the Board, at or before such hearing and will be heard by the Board at the time and place specified. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the application, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary.
