Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of September, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. a public hearing will be held before the Board of Zoning Appeals at Pulaski County Court House in the Town of Winamac, Indiana Commissioners room, 112 E. Main St. Winamac, Indiana, 46996 on the application of Ceres Farms, LLC.

Docket# BZA 092616-01 is filed for a Variance as specified in the Zoning Ordinance of Pulaski County, Indiana: Ordinance 2011, as amended. The Variance proposed is for property located at:

Property Description of Tax Parcel: 66-09-08-400-001.000-017 (Grain Bin Parcel).

A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 29 North, Range 1 West, Pulaski County, Indiana bounded arid described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Comer of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8; thence running East 332 feet to a point; thence running South 335 feet to a point on the North side of U.S. Highway Number 35, running thence West 43 degrees 419 feet along said Highway to a point directly South of the Northwest Comer of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8; thence North 76 feet to the place of beginning. ALSO, Commencing 332 feet East of the Northwest Comer of the northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8; thence South 379 1/2 feet to the center of U.S. Highway Number 35; thence Southeasterly down the center of said highway 426 feet; thence North 653 feet to the quarter section line; thence West 324 feet to the place of beginning EXCEPTING therefrom the following described tract: Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 29 North, Range 1 West, Pulaski County, Indiana more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 656 feet East of the Northwest Comer of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8; thence West 293 feet to the true point of beginning; thence West 125 feet; thence South 170 feet; thence East 125 feet; thence North 170 feet to the place of beginning.

Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 29 North, Range 1 West, Pulaski County, Indiana more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point 656 feet East of the Northwest Comer of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8; thence West 293 feet to the true point of beginning; thence West 125 feet; thence South 170 feet thence East 125 feet; thence North 170 feet to the point of beginning.

The nature of the proposed Variance is as follows: to construct a grain storage structure within the required A-1 setbacks.

The application and all submitted documentation are available for review Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Building/Planning Department located in the Government building, 125 S. Riverside Dr. Ste 150, Winamac, Indiana.

The Board of Zoning Appeals has set said hearing at the time and place specified. Written suggestions or objections concerning this application may be filed with the Plan Administrator/ or Secretary of the Board, at or before such hearing and will be heard by the Board at the time and place specified. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the application, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary.
