DEAN TANNER, WILMA TANNER, THE UNITED STATES THROUGH ITS INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CONVERGENCE RECEIVABLES, LC,

AND THE STATE OF INDIANA THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE,

 Defendants.

NOTICE OF SUIT

The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned: You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint on Note and for Foreclosure of Mortgage on the following described real estate:

Part of the Northeast Quarter (1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township (30) North, Range Three (3) West, Pulaski County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Quarter (1/4) as witnessed by a Railroad Spike Set on the north line of said Section 19 (the North line of said quarter being the Assumed Reference Bearing North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 2,640.00 feet as observed from said Northwest corner to the Northeast Corner of said Quarter (1/4) as witnessed by a railroad spike found pursuant to the Section Corner Notes of said County’s Surveyor’s Office): thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 297.00 feet on and along said North line to a railroad spike set; thence South 00 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds East 440.00 feet to a 3/4 inch diameter Rebar with Absher Identification Cap Set; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 297.00 feet to a Railroad Spike Set on the West line of said quarter; thence North 00 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds West 440.00 feet on and along said West line to the Point Beginning, containing 3 acres more or less.

And Commonly known as: 10485 W 100 S, Francesville, IN 47946

This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are known to me:

Mark Tanner Sr. a/k/a Mark Tanner a/k/a Mark E. Tanner, Dean Tanner, Wilma Tanner, The State of Indiana through its Department of Revenue, The United States through its Internal Revenue Service and Convergence Receivables, LC

This Summons by Publication is also specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown to me:

The Unknown Heirs at Law of Kimberly C. Tanner

In addition to the above named Defendants being served by this Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.

If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.

You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 16th day of September, 2016 (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
