Public hearing regarding overhaul of the Official Zoning Map of Winamac

NOTICE

On Wednesday, 30 November 2016, at 5:30p.m., at the Winamac Municipal Utilities Complex, 623 West Eleventh Street, the Winamac Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing regarding the following: the proposed Winamac, Indiana, Unified Development Ordinance for zoning and other standards, a proposed Development Fee Schedule, and a proposed district-wide overhaul of the Official Zoning Map of Winamac and its extraterritorial jurisdiction. 

Copies of all documents and changes to be considered can be reviewed at Winamac Town Hall, 120 West Main Street, Winamac; at the Pulaski County CDC office, 623 West Eleventh Street, Winamac; or at http://gov.pulaskionline.org/bpz. 

Persons who have special needs or need assistance in entering the building should call Town Hall (574-946-3451) in advance so that their needs can be met without delay.
