Petition for Vacation of a Platted Road

The Pulaski County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on 21 November 2016, at 6:25 p.m. E.S.T., in the Commissioners Room, Courthouse, 112 East Main Street, Winamac, Indiana, on a Petition for Vacation of a Public Roadway in Section 14, Township 30 North, Range 2 West, platted as Fitz Industrial Parkway, also known as County Road 60 West, as it runs through Parcels 66-07-14-200-041.000-010, 66-07-14-200-031.000-010, 66-07-14-200-003.000-010, and 66-07-14-200-030.000-010, real estate owned by Braun Land Development Corporation, BLD 2, LLC, and TWB Real Property 2, LLC, all commonly known as components of the BraunAbility campus. A copy of said Petition is on record at the Pulaski County Auditor’s Office and can be viewed during normal business hours.

Any person aggrieved by the proposed vacation may object to it as provided by Indiana Code 36-7-3-13. Persons who have special needs or need assistance in entering the building should call the Auditor’s office (574-946-3653) in advance so that their needs can be met without delay.
