NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS

Notice Is hereby given to the taxpayers of Tippecanoe Township, Pulaski County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year at their regular meeting place at 6323 E. Washington Street, Monterey, IN, at 1 o’clock pm, on the 11th day of December 2016.

General Fund Amount

Personal Services $12,000

Supplies $  2,500

Other Services & Charges $12,000

TOTAL General Fund $26,500

Township Assistance Fund Amount

Major Budget Classification:

Township Assistance $  4,400

TOTAL Township Assistance Fund $  4,400

Fire Fund Amount

Major Budget Classification:

Other Services & Charges $49,000

TOTAL Fire Fund $49,000

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (Department). The Department will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
