The nature of the suit against you is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property legally described as follows:
Lot Numbered Twelve ( 12) in McComb’s Addition to the Town of Winamac, Indiana, as marked and laid out on the recorded Plat thereof, and appearing in Miscellaneous Record “Q”, pages 128 and 129 in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Indiana.
