LOT NUMBER 2 AND 3, BLOCK 3, IN THE ORIGINAL PLAT TO THE TOWN OF FRANCESVILLE, PULASKI COUNTY, INDIANA. SUBJECT TO ALL LIENS, EASEMENTS AND ENCUMBRANCES OF RECORD.
