NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Petition for the Vacation of An Unimproved Road

The Pulaski County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on November 21, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time in the Pulaski County Commissioners Room, 112 East Main Street, Winamac, Indiana to vacate an unimproved road of 1150 West between 900 South and 1000 South, Pulaski County, Indiana.

Any person aggrieved by the proposed vacation may object to it as provided by I.C. 36-7-3-13. Persons who have special needs or need assistance in entering the building should call the Auditor’s office (574-946-3653) in advance so that their need can be met without delay.
