Guaranteed Savings Contract

Notice is hereby given that North Judson - San Pierre School Corporation shall receive proposals for a Guaranteed Savings Contract until 1:00 p.m. CST on April 25th, 2016 at the Office of the Administration located at 801 Campbell Drive, North Judson, IN 46366.

Proposals will be in accordance with IC36-1-12.5 and the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) guidelines. For more information contact Dr. Robert Boyd, Superintendent at (574) 896-2155.

The Qualified Provider to whom the work is awarded shall conform to the local common wage rates as determined for this project. All Bids must include a proposal with the content and in the format described within the RFQ.

The Board reserves the right to terminate this project prior to bids being received, to reject any and all proposals and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the proposals offered.
