IDEM: Rose Acre Farms

NOTICE

Rose Acre Farms (PO Box 1250, Seymour, IN 47274) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management in order to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with facility improvements at Pulaski County Egg Farm (8596 W. 700 S., Francesville, IN 47946). Stormwater runoff from the project construction site will discharge to Weltzin Ditch.
