Request for Variance BZA Development Standards

Owners of D&D Rentals (Glen E. White, Jr. and Danielle Whiteman) are proposing to build an apartment complex for 55 and older citizens on the empty lots around and on 911 North Riverside in Winamac, Indiana.

We would appreciate your cooperation and excitement for this improvement to our town of Winamac. There will be a zoning meeting at the Winamac Municipal Complex located at 623 W. 11th Street in Winamac, Indiana on January 11, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.
