Legal Notice of Consideration of Property-Tax Abatements for Standard Industrial Supply and Standard Properties
On Monday, 10 December 2018, at or about 6:00 p.m. ET in the meeting room of the Winamac Municipal Utilities Complex, 623 West Eleventh Street, the Winamac Town Council will conduct a public hearing to receive and to hear any remonstrances and objections to a personal property-tax abatement request from Standard Industrial Supply, a real-estate property-tax abatement request from Standard Properties, and a request by Standard Industrial Supply for a Waiver of Non-Compliance to include previously acquired equipment in the abatement request, pursuant to IC 6-1.1-12.1-11.3. Having heard any public comment, the Council will then decide on the personal and real-estate property-tax abatements and waiver of non-compliance requested. The proposed project for which these abatements will be requested would take place on any or all of the following parcels:

2. 66-14-13-300-019.000-011 9. 66-14-13-337-024.000-011
3. 66-14-13-300-046.000-011 10. 66-14-13-337-025.000-011

5. 66-14-13-337-019.000-011 12. 66-14-13-337-027.000-011
6. 66-14-13-337-020.000-011 13. 66-14-13-337-028.000-011
7. 66-14-13-337-021.000-011 14. 66-14-13-337-022.000-011
all commonly known as 100 West Michigan Street, Winamac, Indiana, and comprising approximately 5.41 acres.
The Winamac Town Council did, on 10 February 2014, establish this parcel as an Economic Revitalization Area.
A description of the affected area is available at the County Assessor’s office and can be inspected there during regular business hours; a copy of the 2014 resolution is available at the office of the Pulaski County Community Development Commission and can be viewed there during regular business hours.
