IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION of DEAYSHA JUSTICE REDDEN

PUBLISHED NOTICE TO RONALD WAYNE REDDEN JR.  

Ronald Wayne Redden Jr., who has been named the father of the child born to Cheryl Kreamer (Redden) on June 22, 2012, is notified that a Petition for the Adoption of the child was filed on December 5, 2019, in Pulaski Circuit Court, 112 E Main Street, Winamac, IN 46996.

If Ronald Wayne Redden Jr. seeks to contest the adoption of the child, he must file a motion to contest the adoption in accordance with I.C. 31-19-10-1 in the above-named Court, not later than 30 days after the date of service of this notice.

If Ronald Wayne Redden Jr. does not file a motion to contest the adoption within 30 days after service of this notice, the above-named Court will hear and determine the Petition for Adoption.  His consent will be irrevocably implied, and he will lose his right to contest either the adoption or the validity of his implied consent to the adoption.  

Nothing Cheryl Kreamer (Redden) or anyone else says to Ronald Wayne Redden Jr. relieves Ronald Wayne Redden Jr. of his obligations under this notice.

Under Indiana Law, a punitive father is a person who is named as or claims that he may be the father of a child born out of wedlock but who has not yet been legally proven to be child’s father.  For purposes of this notice, Ronald Wayne Redden Jr.is a punitive father under the laws of Indiana regarding adoption.
