On November 20, 2019, the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) Solid Waste Permits Section received an application for a new Land Application Permit from Rose Acre Farms, Inc at 1657 W Tipton St, Seymour, IN. The application is a request to allow the land application of an industrial waste product at agronomic rates to agricultural ground in Pulaski County. The notice will provide details on how you may appeal IDEM’s decision, if you disagree with that decision. The final decision will also be available online via the Virtual File Cabinet, at the address indicated above.
