Text and Map Amendments to the Pulaski County
Unified Development Ordinance
At its regularly scheduled meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, 27 November 2017, in the Commissioners’ Room, second floor, Pulaski County Courthouse, 112 East Main Street, Winamac, the Pulaski County Advisory Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing regarding the following:
proposed text updates to Pulaski County Ordinance 08-2016, the Pulaski County Unified Development Ordinance; and
the following amendments to the Official Zoning Map of Pulaski County:
parcels 66-06-11-400-009.000-008 and 66-06-11-100-004.000-008, owned by Roger E. & Sandra J. Ward and commonly known as County Road 600 West and State Road 14, and C.R. 100 North and C.R. 600 West, Winamac, Indiana, from A-1, General Agriculture, to A-2, Intensive Agriculture, and
parcel 66-06-11-400-009.001-008, owned by Carol K. Gutwein and commonly known as C.R. 600 West and S.R. 14, Winamac, from A-2 to A-1.
Copies of all documents and changes to be considered can be reviewed at the Pulaski County Building/Zoning Department office, 125 South Riverside Drive – Room 150, Winamac; at the Pulaski County CDC office, 623 West Eleventh Street, Winamac; or at http://gov.pulaskionline.org/bpz.
Written suggestions or objections concerning any or all proposed amendments may be filed with the Plan Administrator or the Secretary of the Board at or before aforesaid hearing and will be heard by the board at the time and place specified, as will verbal presentations of any suggestions or objections. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary.
Persons who have special needs or need assistance in entering the building should call the Auditor’s office (574-946-3653) in advance so that their needs can be met without delay.
