NOTICE OF SUIT SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

TO: Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Jessica M. Barcus and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Jessica M. Barcus:

BE IT KNOWN, that Nationstar Mortgage LLC, the above named Plaintiff, by its attorney, Leslie A. Wagers, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Pulaski Circuit Court its Complaint against Defendant Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Jessica M. Barcus and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the estate of Jessica M. Barcus, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk’s office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Jessica M. Barcus and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Jessica M. Barcus, upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Pulaski County, State of Indiana, to wit:

Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 31 North, Range 2 West, Pulaski County, Indiana, more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at a point 697.63 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 14; thence North 380 feet; thence East 115 feet; thence South 380 feet; thence West 115 feet to a point of beginning.

Including that manufactured home more specifically described as a 1997 Patriot that is dimensions of 26’x48’ and with VIN: LPP7029AB and Title Number: 07804016022 and HUD Certificate Number: NTA666758, which has become affixed to and is taxed as real property commonly described as 638 West 500 North, Winamac, Indiana, 46996.

NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
