Legal Notice to Bidders

Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation, North Judson, Indiana will receive bids at the North Judson-San Pierre Central Administration Building at 801 Campbell Drive, North Judson, IN 46366 until 3:30 PM CST on January 9, 2019. Envelopes containing bids shall be plainly marked “Bids.” Bids received after the designated time will be returned unopened.

Bids will be considered for a contract for: Network Infrastructure Upgrade

A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available through the following methods:

• In person at the office of Guy Richie, Business Manager North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation

• Via e-mail to brussell@njsp.k12.in.us.

Additionally, an E-rate Form 470 (request for service) will also be posted on the USAC SLD website for the required 28-day period. The North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or waive any informality, irregularity, or error in the bidding, which in its judgment will be to the best interest of the North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation. Bids may not be withdrawn during the sixty (60) day period immediately following the date of receipt of the bids.
