By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Pulaski County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

The following property in Pulaski County, Indiana, EXCEPT the East 6.5 acres thereof: Ten (10) acres uniform in width off the entire South side of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (1/4) of Section 1, Township 31 North, Range 2 West. Also, commencing at a point 320 feet North and 50 feet East of the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of Section 1, Township 31 North, Range 2 West, thence North 72 feet, thence South 52 degrees East 114.6 feet, thence West 88.6 feet to Place of Beginning, containing .07 Acre.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.  In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
