By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Pulaski County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 31 North, Range 2 West in Franklin Township, Pulaski County, Indiana, described by: Commencing at an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of said Section 19, said point being the Point of Beginning; thence South 0 degrees 17 Minutes 05 Seconds East; along CR 400 West and the East Section Line 191.84 feet to a point; thence South 84 Degrees 59 Minutes 46 Seconds West; 126.78 feet to an iron pipe found (passing through an iron pipe found at 18.23 feet); thence South 0 Degrees 10 Minutes 48 Seconds West 162.74 feet to a point witnessed by an iron rod found 0.15 feet East and 3.55 feet North of said point, also by an iron bolt found at South 0 Degrees 10 Minutes 48 Seconds West 53.00 feet; thence South 89 Degrees 42 Minutes 55 Seconds West 155.44 feet to a point; thence North 0 Degrees 17 Minutes 05 Seconds West 371.71 feet to a point on the North Section Line witnessed by a railroad spike found 0.16 West of said point (passing through an iron rod found at 0.12 feet); thence South 88 Degrees 55 Minutes 35 Seconds East along CR 500N and the North Section Line 283.19 feet to the Point of Beginning; said described tract containing 1.904 Acres, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.  In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
