NOTICE TO FREEHOLDERS OF MILL CREEK CONSERVANCY DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the freeholders of Mill Creek Conservancy District of Fulton and Pulaski Counties, Indiana, will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fulton County Fairgrounds Community Building, 1009 W 3rd St. Rochester, Indiana.  The purpose of the Annual Meeting on January 6th, 2021 is to elect officers and transact any business that may come before the Board.  The term of office of the Director representing Area One, presently represented by Anthony (Tony) Kasten, will expire on the date of the ensuing annual meeting of the District and Tony has been nominated for re-election.  Masks and social distancing will be observed during this meeting.
