By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Pulaski County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

Lots Numbered Twenty-Seven (27) and Twenty-Eight (28), as shown on the recorded plat of Holsinger’s Addition to the Town of Winamac, Pulaski County, Indiana. Lot Numbered Ninety-Four (94) McClelland’s Addition, as shown upon the original plat of the Town of Winamac, Pulaski County, Indiana. Part of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Thirty (30) North, Range Two (2) West, Pulaski County, Indiana, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point on the South side of the Terry Ditch which is marked by a two-inch pipe located approximately 200 feet North of the Northeast corner of Lot Numbered Forty (40) in McClelland’s Addition to the Town of Winamac, running thence Northwesterly to a point directly north of the centerline of Monticello Street in said Town of Winamac, to the POINT OF BEGINNING; from said point of beginning, running thence due South to the South line of the old mill race (being in the center of the North end of Monticello Street), thence Southwesterly along the South line of said mill race to the East line of Lot Numbered 94 in McClelland’s Addition to the Town of Winamac; thence North along the East line of said Lot Numbered 94, Sixty (60) feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot Numbered 94; thence West along the North line of said Lot Numbered 94 and to the Southeast corner of Lot Numbered 97 in McClelland’s Addition, approximately 164.5 feet; thence North along the East line of Lots Numbered 97, 96 and 95 in McClelland’s Addition 180 feet; thence West 214.5 feet and to the West line of Market Street in the Town of Winamac, if extended; thence North approximately 200 feet to the South line of the Terry Ditch; thence Southeasterly along the South line of said Terry Ditch to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described tracts: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot Numbered (94) as shown on the recorded plat of McClelland’s Addition to the Town of Winamac; thence North to a point Sixteen (16) feet South of the western boundary line of the old mill race and mill pond; thence in a Northwesterly direction parallel with said western boundary line of the Old Mill Race and Mill Pond, to a point which is Sixteen (16) feet South of said westerly boundary line of the old mill race and mill pond and which said point is directly north of the northwest corner of Lot Numbered 94 in McClelland’s Addition as aforesaid; thence South to the Northwest corner of Lot Numbered 94 in said McClelland’s Addition; thence East 148.5 feet to the place of beginning. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described tract: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot Numbered Ninety-five (95) in McClelland’s Addition to the Town of Winamac, extending thence North Thirty-five (35) feet to a stake; thence in a Northwesterly direction One hundred sixty-two (162) feet to a point exactly One hundred (100) feet due north of the Northwest corner of said Lot Numbered Ninety-five (95); thence South One hundred (100) feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot Numbered Ninety-five (95); thence east along the north line of said Lot Numbered Ninety-five (95), One hundred forty-eight and one half (1481/2) feet to the place of beginning, and containing after said exceptions 1.80 acres, more or less. A tract of ground lying immediately North and adjacent to Lot Number Ninety-Four (94) in McClelland’s Addition to the Town of Winamac, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Lot Number 94 aforesaid, thence North sixty (60) feet, thence West 148.5 feet to the alley existing, thence South along the East ling of said alley to the Northwest corner of Lot Number 94 aforesaid, thence East along the North line of said Lot Number 94 to the place of beginning, and all within the recorded plat of McClelland’s Addition to the Town of Winamac, Indiana. Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot Numbered (94) as shown on the recorded plat of McClelland’s Addition to the Town of Winamac; thence North to a point Sixteen (16) feet South of the western boundary line of the old mill race and mill pond; thence in a Northwesterly direction parallel with said western boundary line of the Old Mill Race and Mill Pond, to a point which is Sixteen (16) feet South of said westerly boundary line of the old mill race and mill pond and which said point is directly north of the northwest corner of Lot Numbered 94 in McClelland’s Addition as aforesaid; thence South to the Northwest corner of Lot Numbered 94 in said McClelland’s Addition; thence East 148.5 feet to the place of beginning, as shown upon the original plat of the Town of Winamac, Pulaski County, Indiana. Commencing at a point Five Hundred Twenty (520) feet North of the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Seven (7), Township Thirty (30) North, Range One (1) West, thence West Three Hundred Six (306) feet, thence North One Hundred Two (102) feet, thence East Three Hundred Six (306) feet, thence South One Hundred Two (102) feet to the place of beginning, containing .72 acre, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
