NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Indiana Code 20-26-7-37 and Indiana Code 6-1.1-20-3.1, the Board of School Trustees of North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation previously authorized the execution of a lease to finance renovations and improvements at the Elementary School building and technology improvements (the “Project”) The Board will meet on December 15, 2020, at 5:30 p.m., in public session at the Administration Building, 801 Campbell Drive, North Judson, Indiana, to discuss and hear objections and support regarding the proposed use, due to construction costs being below budget of any excess bond proceeds for improvements at the Transportation Center. The lease rentals previously approved will NOT be increased and such use will only be to the extent that bond proceeds are not needed to complete the Project. You are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing.
