By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66C01-1907-MF-000016, wherein First Federal Savings Bank was Plaintiff, and Brian T. Stidham, William J. Stidham, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana and Attorney General of the United States, were the Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 17th day of January, 2023, at the hour of 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21 Township 31 North, Range 2 West, Pulaski County, Indiana, thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 39 seconds east on the West line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21, a distance of 332.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 42 minutes 52 seconds East, parallel with the South line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21, a distance of 1319.86 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar on the East line of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds West on said West line 332.00 feet to the Southeast Corner of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21; thence North 89 degrees 42 minutes 52 seconds West on the South line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21, a distance of 1319.90 feet to the point of beginning.
