This notice is given to:

Alice May Conley, and

Any person with a substantial property interest

Please take notice:

On the 19th day of July, 2022, Malcolm Tanner and Tyson Tanner delivered to the Court for filing a Verified Petition for Issuance of Tax Deed requesting that the Court find that the requirements of Indiana Code § 6-1.1-25-4.6 have been met and issue an Order directing the Pulaski County Auditor to issue a tax deed to them for the property identified as key number 66-06-22-400-018.000-009 and more particularly described as follows:

Commonly known as 7148 W. 200 S.

According to Indiana Code § 6-1.1-25-4.6 any person owning or having an interest in the above-described property may file a written objection to the petition with the Court within thirty (30) days after the date the petition was filed or notice received. If a written objection is timely filed, the Court shall conduct a hearing on the objection.
