NOTICE TO FREEHOLDERS OF LAKE BRUCE CONSERVANCY DISTRICT

You are hereby notified that the term of the Directors representing Districts 2 and 5 presently represented by Don Morning (District 2) and Danny Pine (District 5) will expire on the date of the Annual Meeting of the District in February 2021.

Nominations to fill the vacancies on the Board, resulting from expiring terms, are hereby invited. The Directors serving Districts 2 and 5 shall be elected to a term of four years, the original term set by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners.

Each nomination must be mailed to the Lake Bruce Conservancy District at 1829 N 675 E, Kewanna, Indiana 46939 prior to the first day of December 2020 and must be signed by five freeholders from the District proposed to be represented by such nominee. Such nominations may be considered as having been submitted prior to said date if properly addressed and have attached sufficient postage and being postmarked prior to said date. Each nominee must be a freeholder or an officer of a corporate freeholder of the area which they are nominated and must have knowledge and experience in the matters pertaining to the development of the District.
