Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of September, 2019, a Petition for Probate of Will and Issuance of Letters Testamentary and for Unsupervised Administration was filed in the matter of the Estate of William R. Roth, deceased, who died on the 5th day of June, 2019, and that on the 17th day of September, 2019, Patricia J. Roth was appointed Personal Representative of the Last Will and Testament of William R. Roth, deceased, and was authorized to administer the said Estate without Court supervision.

All persons having claims against said Estate, whether or not now due, must file the claim in the office of the Clerk of this Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
