Community Foundation of Pulaski County Seeks Bids for Construction Project

Request for Proposals (RPF)

For: Community Foundation of Pulaski County’s New Office Renovation

The Community Foundation of Pulaski County (CFPC) requests sealed bids for the New Office Renovation at 221 N. Monticello Street, Winamac, IN 46996. Sealed bids are due at the current CFPC office location at 127 E Pearl St, Winamac, IN 46996 no later than October 31, 2022 at 4pm EST. On the same date, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the current office just after 4pm EST. interested attendees may also join the bid opening.

All vendors must be licensed to perform work in Pulaski County, Indiana.

The work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: The project scope consists of the interior renovation of a former single family house into the new offices of the Community Foundation of Pulaski County, along with the site work related to this project (sidewalks, ramp, porches, parking). There are 3 alternates that include replacing the existing siding, roofing, and windows on the house.

Contract documents for the Project/Work have been assembled into Project Manuals which may be obtained by contacting CFPC at 574-946-0906 or by emailing info@cfopc.org.

This work will be funded by CFPC. All feasible efforts shall be made to ensure that a minimum of thirty-three percent (33%) of the labor on the project shall be completed by the local community (within Pulaski County). The project maintains a goal of hiring all contractors within Pulaski County or within 100 miles of the project site.

The CFPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interest of the nonprofit organization after all bids have been examined and canvassed.
