NOTICE

Rose Acre Farms’ Pulaski County Egg Farm is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management in order to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with improvements to an existing poultry production facility at 8596 W 700 S, Francesville, IN 47946. Stormwater runoff from the project construction site will discharge to Weltzin Ditch.
