NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS

Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of The Town of Winamac, Pulaski County, Indiana that the proper officers of the Town of Winamac at a Public Hearing at the Winamac Utility Complex, 623 W. 11th Street, at 5:30 p.m. on the 27th day of October, 2022, will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year.

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard.  The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (Department).  The Department will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
