NOTICE OF HEARING ON

PROPOSED RATES AND CHARGES

Property owners and other interested parties in the Town of Medaryville, Indiana, are hereby notified that Ordinance No. 2022-10-01 establishing rates and charges for services to be rendered by the Water Utility was introduced at a meeting of the Medaryville Town Council held on September 15, 2022. At a meeting of the Medaryville Town Council to be held at 5:00 p.m. (EST) on October 20, 2022, in the Medaryville Town Hall at 409 E Main Street, Medaryville, Indiana 47957, there will be a public hearing on the matter of rates and charges and consideration of adoption of said Ordinance No. 2022-10-01 which provides in part as follows:

Section 3 in Ordinance No. 2019-11-02 is hereby amended effective as of January 1, 2023, and the new water rates and charges for the Town are listed in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and deemed incorporated herein, effective as of January 1, 2023.
