IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION BY STARKE SOLAR LLC D/B/A MAMMOTH SOLAR FOR CERTAIN DETERMINATIONS BY THE COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO ITS JURISDICTION OVER PETITIONER’S ACTIVITIES AS A GENERATOR OF ELECTRIC POWER FOR THE MAMMOTH SOLAR SOUTH PROJECT

Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will conduct a public Evidentiary Hearing in the above-captioned Cause in Room 222 of the PNC Center, 101 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, commencing at 2:00 p.m. on October 13, 2021. This hearing is open to the public.
