By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Pulaski County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

L.” (hereafter referred to as nail set) said nail lying in County Road 550 North and is referenced by a pipe set South 00 degrees 33 minutes 29 seconds East 16.00 feet and by a 5/8 inch re-rod found South 89 degrees 58 minutes 26 seconds East 1327.95 feet said re-rod marking the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of said Southeast Quarter as per a survey recorded in Instrument #971003; thence South 89 degrees 58 minutes 26 seconds East 67.32 feet along the North line of said Northwest Quarter of said Southeast Quarter being along said County Road 550 North to a nail set said nail being referenced by a pipe set South 00 degrees 33 minutes 29 seconds East 16.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 33 minutes 29 seconds East 647.83 feet parallel to said East line of said Northeast Quarter of said Southwest Quarter being parallel to the East line of said existing 10 acre parcel to a pipe set; thence North 88 degrees 42 minutes 58 seconds West 67.35 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.000 acres, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.  In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
