The State of Indiana to the Defendant(s) above named, and any other person who may be concerned.
You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.
The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate against the property commonly known as 319 W Maple St, Medaryville, IN 47957-7054 and described as follows:
The East half of the North half of the following described tract:
Commencing at a point 29 rods and 4 feet West from the Southeast corner of the North West 1/4 of the North West 1/4 of Section Four (4), Township Thirty North, Range Four West, thence running North 17 rods; thence West 8 rods: thence South 17 rods; thence East 8 rods to the place of beginning, containing 4/5 of an acre, more or less, said lot being identical with the property described as Lot D in the Corrected and Amended Plat of a Portion of W.B. Nicoles Addition to the town of Medaryville, as recorded in Miscellaneous Record F, page 171, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Indiana.
